Candour Talent are recruiting a Building Fabric Technician to join their client’s team in the Newport area.
* Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
* Salary: £30-37k (depending on skills and experience)
An excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled tradesperson, handyperson, or facilities maintenance technician to join a well-established facilities and maintenance team as a Building Fabric Technician to carry out a range of repair works, spanning various trade activites, whilst working safely, neatly, and accurately.
The successful candidate will provide reactive and proactive maintenance tasks for a retail customer across various locations within a designated patch. You will carry out repair works throughout our customer estate, from roof to ground, including internal works, ensuring the highest standards at all times.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
