The contractor shall carry out comprehensive façade leakage rectification works for the entire building façade, including Ground Floor to 14th Floor, to eliminate water ingress and restore the integrity of the building envelope.

Responsibilities

• Detailed inspection and assessment of all external façade glazing, curtain wall systems, window frames, sealants, joints, cladding interfaces, parapets, and rooftop façade connections.
• Removal of deteriorated, failed, cracked, or missing sealants from façade glass panels, window frames, curtain wall joints, and associated interfaces.
• Supply and application of high-quality, UV-resistant, weatherproof silicone sealants to all identified defective joints and gaps across the entire building façade.
