**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will assist with various facility maintenance projects and tasks, responding to work orders across all buildings. This role requires mechanical work, including painting, patching holes in drywall, hanging pictures, whiteboards or TVs, changing filters, and assembling furniture. The technician will also perform electrical work such as changing outlets, switches, and lights, as well as plumbing tasks like fixing leaking sinks or faucets. Additionally, the technician will identify HVAC issues and alert the appropriate personnel, manage outside vendors, and verify their work. Responsibilities also include responding to work orders in a CMMS and logging information using an iPad or iPhone while traveling between North Scottsdale and Deer Valley locations.
