- Position Title: Facility Technician (M&E)
- Working Location: West – Tuas South (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.45am-4.45pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on essential building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting
- Quickly address maintenance concerns to reduce downtime and ensure safety
- Operate and monitor the building management systems (BMS) to confirm that mechanical and electrical systems are functioning correctly
- Regularly inspect equipment, such as forklifts and VNAs, report any irregularities, and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements
