• Building Maintenance Technician Department: Property Maintenance Location: Philadelphia, PA The Study at University City is seeking an organized, service-driven, and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician  to support the daily maintenance and operation of the hotel.


• This role is responsible for responding to guest and operational maintenance needs while helping maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
