This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You'll Do Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. Ensure regular property inspections occur. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning. Respond to escalated tenant needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
