School Nurse

Compensation: $33.00/hour plus benefits. Union Membership: This position is represented by the Oswego Support Professionals Association (OESPA).

Qualifications: RN with current Illinois license in good standing. Depending on the nature of the assignment, Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing may be required. Knowledge of the ethical and legal expectations set forth in the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act. Current CPR/AED certification. Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogen Policy and Procedures. Recent experience as a registered nurse (with the exception of new graduates). Ability to perform multiple, technical tasks with a need to periodically upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
