Summary
- This is a 6-month contract role with a local authority, focused on providing professional leadership and assurance in managing building safety across Lambeth Council’s higher-risk residential buildings (HRBs). The role is crucial for ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The successful candidate will lead the development and management of Building Safety Cases and Building Safety Case Reports.
Responsibilities
