BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a M&E BIM Coordinator (Building Services) for the Northern Construction business, with a strong focus on Stage 5 & 6 project delivery. The role will be based from our Regional office in Leeds.

Making Possible

• Work as part of a team or on an individual basis to carry out MEP coordination on projects up to RIBA Stage 6
• Take ownership of Stage 5 (Construction) and Stage 6 (Handover) M&E coordination, ensuring models are fully coordinated, buildable and aligned to site delivery requirements
