Building Services Engineer (ACMV)

Job Description Supervise and coordinate site installation works with in-house supervisor and foremen to ensure the project schedule is met Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors Hands-on and technical assistance for ACMV system installation and troubleshooting on site Prepare material requisition for all ACMV equipment and materials Prepare work programme for ACMV works with material delivery and installation activities in accordance with the project programme Analyse, manage and track project costs against budget Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards Participate in in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selecti...
