Opportunity Description
Overview
This position is responsible for coordinating and administering the Facilities Management Maintenance and Operations Program. This role provides leadership and supervision to Facility Maintenance staff and is responsible for planning, organizing and directing preventive and reactive maintenance. It oversees ongoing safety and maintenance inspections to ensure safe public access to facilities and compliance with all required codes and regulations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, supervision, direction and guidance to Maintenance and Operations staff.
- Supervises, recruits, trains and conducts performance reviews.
- Works with Management to ensure the smooth, efficient operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Plans, prioritizes, assigns, schedules and directs staff in the provision of maintenance, repair and installations of equipment and infrastructure.
