This is a full time role with mix of office, sites in the central belt of Scotland and home hybrid working. BAM operates a flexible working policy.
Your mission
The successful candidate should be experienced in managing design, delivery, and commissioning of Building Services in a construction environment.
• Preconstruction responsibilities will include working with the Tender & Preconstruction Teams to ensure the clients requirements are met and any proposals reflect the needs of the contract.
• There will also be a requirement for vetting of subcontractors’ tender returns for compliance against ER’s.
