Building Services Tradesman

The Role

As a Building Services Tradesman, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of maintenance across all aspects of building fabric, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering or roofing, undertaking pre-preventive maintenance, repair, and reactive tasks.

Day-to-day, you’ll support pre-planned maintenance work which will involve water hygiene tasks, plumbing, legionnaire control and temperature checks. Further tasks will include maintenance support of installations which may be planned, preventive or corrective in relation to site services, plant/equipment and buildings.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering specialist technical maintenance support services in relation to building plant/equipment

Providing maintenance support across water hygiene and plumbing

Supporting the delivery of a high-quality business service working autonomously within defined procedures
