Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor needed in Islington, £32ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1549078

– To diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.

You will ideally have – 
– Surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
– Organised and proactive – able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
– Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).
– Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.
– A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation.

Office based.
Access to pool vehicles

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
