Building Surveyor

My client have experienced significant growth in recent years and are continuing to invest in the development of their Building Surveying team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to begin their career within a progressive consultancy environment, gaining exposure to major refurbishment, cladding remediation and building safety projects.

The Graduate Building Surveyor Role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will work closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors and project teams, supporting the delivery of a wide range of professional and project based instructions across multiple property types.

Projects will include multi million pound refurbishment schemes, fire safety and cladding remediation works, providing excellent technical exposure and structured career development. Full APC support, mentoring and continuous professional development will be provided.
