Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- To perform general maintenance duties, including servicing of equipment listed in Annex B, performing meter readings, providing audio-visual support when necessary, and tracking the inventory of lightings and accessories.
- To perform minor repairs and handyman tasks, which include changing light fittings, electrical troubleshooting, etc., as and when required.
- To undertake minor carpentry work, touch up walls, ceilings and other surfaces.
- To conduct technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis if required.
- To escort, supervise and execute maintenance schedules, including coordination between users and vendors to perform reactive or preventive maintenance (e.g., air conditioning servicing, cleaning, pest control, horticulture work, etc.) to ensure proper conduct of the services.
