Bulk Testing Analyst

Job Description Position: Bulk Testing Analyst A Quality Analyst of Bulk Material is responsible for ensuring that raw materials meet predefined quality standards before they are used in production. Their role involves sampling materials, conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company specifications. They may also identify quality issues, suggest improvements, and work closely with suppliers and production teams to maintain consistent material quality. 1. Perform batch sampling for representative samples of creams, lotions, gels, and other bulk formulations before production.
2. Perform tests for pH, viscosity, appearance, odor, texture.
3. Ensure that all obtained results must comply internal standards. 4. Issue labels on the basis of results either batch hold/approved/reject.
5. At the time batch proceeds for production, perform counter check all drums.
