Job Title: Bus Driver Assessor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Chelmsford - Hybrid role - Candidates must be flexible with travel
Salary: up to £32,500

Essential Criteria for both roles:
Must hold valid PCV and CPC licences.
Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bus Driver.
Must have experience of training/mentoring other Bus Drivers on-the-job.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Flexibility with travel.Duties:
Responsible for supporting learners through the initial stages of their Apprenticeship programme, to include; Learner enrolment, induction sessions and providing practical on-bus driving mentorship and coaching.
Tailor induction content using initial assessment results to meet individual learner needs.
