Zeeland Public Schools has openings for Bus Drivers in our Transportation Department. The Bus Driver will provide safe and efficient transportation for students to and from school.
Responsibilities:
Drivers must fuel and check the oil in their own buses and keep them clean inside on a daily basis. This is also expected when using a spare bus. Buses are to be cleaned before and after going on a field trip.Buses must be warmed up at least ten minutes, and no longer than 15 minutes, prior to driving.Pre-trip your bus at the beginning of each run. Pre-trip reports must be completed and filed online using the tablets provided.Maintain order and discipline on the bus. Must have the ability to tolerate noise and distractions made by student passengers.
