The Training Team are recruiting for a Bus Driving Instructor to join the team based at Northfleet .

The main purpose of the role is to train Category D provisional licence holders to become fully qualified PCV drivers. This includes supporting them to achieve the required standard for their DVSA Module 3 and Module 4 tests, while developing the practical, professional, customer-focused and safety skills needed to become effective in‑service bus drivers.

The role will also support existing qualified drivers where required, including driver development, coaching, remedial training and support with maintaining Arriva driving standards.
