Department Overview
This is the Business Administration and General Affairs department that supports the Rakuten Mobile Shop sales organization. Currently, our team consists of two people-one Assistant Manager and one member-but we are planning to expand the team due to business growth. As a cornerstone of the organization, this role plays a vital part in driving environmental improvements and operational efficiency to ensure that the sales field can perform at its maximum potential. Beyond routine tasks, you will have the opportunity to participate in improvement proposals that form the backbone of our organizational operations. Even if you do not have prior experience in General Affairs, this environment allows you to acquire the power to move an organization in a short period and broaden your range of future career options.
