- Ownership of monthly MIS on industry trends & outlook for all business sectors
- Ownership of monthly MIS on customers’ business performance & guidance
- Ownership of monthly MIS on competitive landscape
- Internal Business performance analysis
- Ownership of daily MIS on schedule adherence & timely alerts
- Support on functional reviews scheduling & readiness
- Support on preparing documents for Board Meetings, Annual Operating Plan
- Support to ED on Business governance
- Assist ED in preparation for important customer meetings & CRM
