Cost Benefit Analysis – Ability to identify and measure of all costs and benefits associated with a project and document clear Cost Benefit analysis.Ability to create a clear and concise business case detailing the options considered, CBA data, impact & risk analysis, and conclusionsElicit Requirements using a variety of methodologies.
