Business Analyst | CRM |BAU operations

What you'll do: Manage day‑to‑day CRM BAU operations and incident resolution Configure Dynamics 365 (workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards). Handle service requests, change requests, and release cycles Ensure data quality, compliance, and PDPA alignment Work closely with users, vendors, and technical teams What we're looking for: 3-7 years in CRM functional analysis or application support Hands‑on Dynamics 365 CRM experience (must-have).
