Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for driving business value realization across the Digital Transformation portfolio. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams by translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and actionable delivery artifacts — including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria — while ensuring end‑to‑end alignment across product owners, developers, and QA teams.

  • Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
