Business Analyst (External)

Operating in a rapidly evolving business landscape, our Information Systems play a central role in supporting Trading & Shipping as well as Gas & Power Trading activities.

The team ensures high system availability while responding to demanding user needs and supporting business growth and innovation. This role is critical to enabling seamless operations across our trading activities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Applications Trading Oil & Shipping team.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact between business users and the development teams to ensure the optimal use and continuous evolution of Medissys , our ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) solution for Trading & Shipping. You will drive functional alignment, support users, ensure quality delivery, and contribute to the smooth running of critical IT systems supporting our fast‑paced and demanding trading environment.
