Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic workforce planning efforts within a healthcare-focused organization in Federal Way, Washington. This Long-term Contract position will turn workforce data into practical recommendations that help leaders prepare for future talent needs, improve workforce readiness, and support long-range business goals.
