Business Analyst (Finance full suite)

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Lead Analyst with deep expertise in Finance Full Suite (FFS) applications. The candidate will provide SME support, lead multi-country FFS projects, manage change requests, and ensure smooth operations of finance applications.

• Act as SME for Finance Full Suite, handling issue investigation, resolution, and user queries.
• Lead FFS projects such as system rollouts, Unity ID implementation, QFXLM migration, and currency conversion.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and drive UAT and production rollout.
• Provide 24x7 support for UAT and production environments, monitor ETL batches, and troubleshoot issues.
