Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements. Acts as primary resource for tools within the GTM tech stack, working collaboratively across multiple functional areas from conception to implementation of business system changes. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to customize and create solutions that support overall business strategies, including creating custom fields, workflows, and automations. Identifies business requirements and translates into detailed technical system requirements. Designs and optimizes contact lifecycle stage management processes and lead management processes, including lead scoring, and routing, within all associated GTM stack tools.
