The IT Business Analyst ensures that business processes and supporting systems continue to meet the needs of stakeholders across the enterprise. This position serves as a key liaison between the IT group that implements solutions and the line-of-business staff that performs the process work, translating between the two groups and converting operational challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

This role is critical in aligning ERP capabilities with production, supply chain, finance, and quality processes while enabling scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence. They will focus on deep ERP process expertise, particularly around end-to-end manufacturing workflows such as quote-to-cash (Q2C), procure-to-pay (P2P) and inventory/warehouse management.
