About Position
The successful Business Analyst works to plan and deliver complex enterprise‑grade ERP solutions to the homebuilding industry. The Business Analyst is the bridge that spans our organization and is the hub for planning, communication, and software delivery results.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their desires, obstacles, and business very well, and to serve as their representative in internal conversations
- Working closely with senior management to convey and negotiate our product strategy, prepare all forms of project progress reports, and deliver presentations
- Communicating and decoding information for stakeholders
- Managing the accounting project team to produce designs, applications, test strategies and results, and the documentation that all stakeholders require upon product release
