As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of our clients, operations, and technology, supporting the full product lifecycle from shaping new ideas to driving client onboarding programmes and ongoing enhancements. Working in agile sprints, you will turn ambiguity into clarity for our engineering teams and ensure our solutions align with real-world operational needs.
Your Role:
- Requirements & User Stories: Produce clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across Engineering, Data, and Product teams to manage expectations and facilitate alignment.
- Product Development: Support the discovery of new features, analyse existing platforms (Ligentix, Wayfinder, L4), and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
