As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology, turning complex business needs into smart, scalable solutions. You'll be involved end-to-end - from discovery to deployment - helping deliver core banking and payments transformation projects across global teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine business requirements
• Translate needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive solution design
• Collaborate closely with tech teams to ensure accurate implementation
