BUSINESS ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING

Purpose

Lead the functional analysis and business requirements for Accounts and Lending, covering end-to-end customer journeys, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process design, vendor collaboration, and delivery support to ensure successful implementation of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of end-to-end customer and operational journeys for retail and corporate accounts, current accounts, and lending products.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, business rules, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with business, operations, risk, credit, compliance, AML, fraud, collections, technology, and other stakeholders to validate requirements and resolve functional gaps.
