Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to credit risk and ESG Collaborate with stakeholders across credit, risk, ESG, and IT teams to understand project objectives Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and technical specifications Conduct data analysis to support ESG-aligned credit risk models and reporting frameworks Assist in solution design, testing, and implementation for risk and ESG-related systems or tools Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and requirement gathering sessions using Agile methodologies Ensure all documentation is up-to-date in Confluence and aligned with internal standards Support UAT processes, feedback collection, and defect resolution Minimum Requirements Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field Business Analysis Certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) is advantageous Experience 3 ...
