Business Analyst

TEKsystems is hiring a Business Analyst to support ongoing
technology and process improvement initiatives
across core insurance functions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance workflows and support system-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with
underwriting, claims, and policy administration teams
to gather and analyse business requirements Translate requirements into
business and functional specifications (e.g. BRDs, user stories, FSDs) Support system enhancements and changes across
core insurance platforms Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation Identify opportunities to improve
operational workflows and efficiency Support initiatives relating to
data, reporting, or portfolio insights
