Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Define and monitor key business data metrics; build data dashboards to enable data-driven business management and ensure company objectives are clear and transparent Produce daily business data reports, tracking indicators such as gross margin, costs, out-of-stock rate, and inventory turnover; promptly identify and address data anomalies Conduct regular data analysis and reporting; support business decision-making through product- and customer-segmentation analysis. Continuously improve data operation templates and tools; ensure data security and provide data support to other departments to enhance overall efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data analysis and insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
