Business Analyst

Job-specific Accountabilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Product Owners to gather and document product (solution) requirements. Perform workflow analysis to identify and document current and future state processes. Analyze business needs and provide recommendations for improvement. Analyze and recommend technical solutions that align with best practices and organizational objectives. Facilitate alignment of technology capabilities to meet business needs. Support in-depth analysis of current systems and processes to identify potential technical enhancements and efficiencies. Collaborates with TPO, Engineering, and/or Architecture teams to create detailed system maps, illustrating the flow of data, processes, and interactions within existing and proposed systems. Assist in translating documented business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for technical teams.
