Opportunity Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years in sales , with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager / Head of Sales / Director)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams
- Experience in B2B sales, franchise development, business brokerage, real estate, or consulting is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of franchising, business expansion, or recruitment models
- Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Confident leading and mentoring sales teams and brokers
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
