Seeking a commercially minded and analytical Business Analytics Manager to drive data‑driven decision‑making and business performance across the organisation. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving reporting and processes, analysing customer and market trends and partnering with cross‑functional teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Business Performance Management
- Analyse sales performance, profitability, inventory and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Prepare regular business reviews and presentations for senior management.
