What is the Opportunity?

RBC Wealth Management Canada is looking for a Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join the Training & Development department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing one‑on‑one and team training to RBC Dominion Securities branch teams, delivering application‑based training, sharing best practices, and consistently supporting them with the tools and resources needed to increase efficiency and identify opportunities. Alongside a diverse, nation‑wide team, you will build trust and rapport with branch teams across RBC Wealth Management Canada through training sessions, positioning Training & Development as a reliable partner to the field.

What will you do?

• Deliver personalized technology training and coaching in‑person and virtually to an assigned portfolio of branches for account administration, portfolio management, trading, client relationship management, wealth management, and business development.
