Business Architecture Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on nCino implementation best practices, helping them maximise value from the platform
• Lead and support client‑facing workshops to design and tailor nCino solutions
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional designs, leveraging nCino out‑of‑the‑box capabilities
• Perform functional solution design and process design aligned to best practices
• Present solution playbacks and prototypes to stakeholders
• Configure, build, and test nCino solutions, or guide delivery teams in doing so
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the nCino practice
