About the Role

The position is mainly responsible for ensuring that SSM Business Center Specialist is able to work with all stakeholders and effectively provide support to sales channels in handling new business and all after-sales transactions. Business Center also works with other departments that will help improve sales production and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides immediate support to sales for new business applications such as NB screening to ensure all requirements are complete, working with all stakeholders for the submission of requirements and making sure that all endorsements for prioritization during month-end cut off will be processed and issued
