Requirements

• We need proven experience leading change on large-scale technology programmes.
• We need the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• We need strong expertise in change frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• We need experience delivering change impact assessments.
• We need experience creating stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• We need experience leading business readiness and training activities.
• We need excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• We need to be highly organised and able to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
• We prefer experience with IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or ITAM.
• We prefer experience on global or multi-region programmes.
• We prefer a change certification such as Prosci or APMG.
