Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide business controllership on strategic and operational decisions, and supports the other Teams on the areas of Finance, People Experience (HR) and Administrative functions of the company. Support organizational development, drive profitable growth and cost leadership, safeguards and push the achievement of organizational strategic and operational objectives. Work closely with the Managing Director in business planning, forecasting, price management, statutory and internal controls, risk management, cultural and business transformations, and change management to achieve the short and long-term goals of the company. Act as a catalyst to ensure that the right controls are in place in the business processes by understanding the business and knowing what drives value.
