OverviewAbout the Role:Rackner is seeking a Business Development & Capture Lead to own the full lifecycle of Air Force and DoD opportunities.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, technical consultancy and enjoys wearing multiple hats, from cultivating customer relationships to leading proposals that win multi-million-dollar contracts.Who You AreExperienced & Versatile: 5+ years in federal business development, capture management, or hybrid roles; comfortable switching between BD and capture functions.Proven Closer: Demonstrated ability to lead pursuits from start to finish, ideally resulting in $5M+ contract wins.Air Force & DoD Savvy: Strong knowledge of acquisition processes, key contracting organizations, and federal program dynamics.Tech Fluent: Comfortable discussing DevSecOps, AI, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and software development with clients and partners.Organized & Self-Driven: Excellent time management, communication, and negotia...
