Results-driven Business Development Sales Executive
This role is critical in actively prospecting new business opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets while converting marketing-generated leads into long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in manpower services, staffing solutions, or business services, understands workforce outsourcing models, and can effectively communicate value propositions to C-level and procurement decision-makers.
This is a performance-based role with an attractive commission structure.
