A field based role based in Scotland working within the fast-growing BauWatch UK sales and marketing team. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on Regional Sales within Scotland. You will be targeted to manage and grow both new and existing business.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales within your specific region and will work closely as a key part of the Central based Sales Team. This will include identifying, negotiating and closing contracts with the aim of maximising market and sector penetration. Working as a team to support your peers and assisting during times of illness and holiday. With a primary focus on construction, you will be prospecting both at an office and site level as well as targeting a range of built infrastructure and non-building assets.
