Addison Institute is a registered training provider with a strong track record in workforce development, corporate training, and SkillsFuture-funded programmes. We partner with organisations across Singapore to help businesses transform their workforce through AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Skills, Leadership Development, and Professional Skills training.

We are expanding our Corporate Division and are looking for driven individuals who enjoy speaking with business leaders, building relationships, and helping companies achieve their workforce transformation goals.

As a Workforce Transformation Consultant, you will engage HR leaders, Learning & Development teams, business owners, and senior management to identify training opportunities and recommend suitable workforce development solutions.

This is a consultative B2B role where you will be helping organisations improve employee capabilities while leveraging available government funding support.
