- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events and building relationships with real estate developers, investors and property owners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, nurturing relationships with potential clients to convert leads into profitable deals.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the real estate industry.
- Analyze local and international real estate markets including property values, demand, zoning regulations and investment potential.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on emerging markets and new investment opportunities.
